Kyle has been a fitness/gym enthusiast for most of his life. He has a natural interest in the growth and development of “the Self" in relation to human health. This encompasses both mental and physical health, by having awareness of our mental state through life’s challenges, awareness of our body through physical movement, and understanding our individualized needs. His overarching goal for his clients is not only to achieve their personal goals in the gym, but to have those benefits reach other areas of their lives, improving the client’s lifestyle as a whole.
His approach to fitness and health incorporates finding joy in physical activities throughout daily life, while engaging in purposeful resistance training with healthy eating habits and mindful nutrition. By creating healthy habits and developing discipline towards one’s overall health, Kyle builds up his client’s strength and stability, along with the skills and knowledge needed for the gym. This is to promote independence and confidence in the client’s ability to further pursue the betterment of their health and wellness on their own.
Kyle has a strong belief that change can happen at any stage in life, which is why he looks forward to working with members of all ages. Starting as a front desk employee of Three Rivers Fitness since 2018, Kyle is excited to further support and influence the lives of our members as a personal trainer.
